DAY 1 (Tuesday, February 18): FMCSR Workshop
We’ll cover it all from general requirements to driver qualifications and vehicle maintenance to document retention.
• Make sure that you are properly hiring and drug testing your drivers.
• Get you and your company up to speed on all the latest changes!
• Make sure your company is complying with all the mandatory rules!
• Learn how to improve your risk management program!
• How Risk Management can help you improve your Safety Compliance efforts!
• Certificate of participation provided.
DAY 2 Morning (Wednesday, February 19): Reasonable Suspicion Drug & Alcohol Training
Satisfies the requirements for 49 CFR 382.603 including:
• Symptoms of alcohol abuse
• Symptoms of controlled substances use
• Identifying circumstances and indicators that may create reasonable suspicion
• How to properly record behaviors and refer an employee for testing
• All locations and shifts should have trained supervisors including safety, terminal, HR, etc in order to comply
• Certification provided
DAY 2 Afternoon (Wednesday, February 19): Hazardous Materials Training

• Placarding
• Marking & Labeling
• Loading, Segregation & Securement
• HazMat Out-of-Service
