SCTA will host a special Zoom session led by the South Carolina State Transport Police covering the ins and outs of FMCSA’s DataQs system. 

Learn how DataQs works, when carriers should submit a Request for Data Review, what types of inspection and crash information can be challenged, what supporting documentation can strengthen a request, and what happens after a challenge is submitted. 

DataQs allows carriers and drivers to request review of federal and state safety data they believe is inaccurate or incomplete. 

This virtual session is open to all motor carriers and will include an opportunity to ask questions directly of SC State Transport Police.
